Let’s get you from lost to launched so you can start living in alignment with your dreams
I used to feel unfulfilled, lost and confused on my next steps to turn my ideas into reality. Now? I have a life that I can’t wait to wake up to and the freedom to spend time doing more of what I love, prioritizing myself and a slower life.

Meet your
business mentor + content hype woman!
I’m Natalie (but everyone calls me Nat!)
2x business owner, business mentor, social media manager, UGC creator and writer… I guess you could call me a digital Jill of all trades. ;)
While some little girls dreamed of becoming doctors or dancers or veterinarians, I dreamed of being an entrepreneur before I even could spell the word.
How my entrepreneurial journey started
While some little girls dreamed of being a doctor or a dancer or a teacher, I dreamed of running my own business.
I knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur since before I could even spell the word. At 5 years old I would carry around a felt purse overflowing with notebooks and pencils, claiming it as my “traveling office.” When I was 8 years old I would play ‘business’ instead of ‘house.’ At 10 years old I begged my parents to turn the storage closet into an office for me (to no avail, which I’m still a little salty about 🙄).
While some little girls dreamed of being a doctor or a dancer or a teacher, I dreamed of running my own business.
In college I started a wellness blog and Instagram to help me cope with a major loss in my life, thinking it would be a silly side thing to keep my mind occupied and perhaps connect with likeminded people (going to a tiny liberal arts college and stopping drinking at 18 to focus on my health definitely made me a bit of an oddball out). As time went on, it snowballed into something bigger than I could have imagined, and it replanted the seed within me that I could make something of it. I could really make something of me and my ideas.
And as I started applying to PR firms as was expected of me, I was filled with existential dread. What do you mean I had to sit at a desk for 40 hours a week every week forever? But I kept applying, with tears in my eyes, because I thought that’s what I had to do. Who was I to forge my own path?
Two months before graduation I had had enough, called my parents and told them I would no longer be seeking PR firm jobs and wanted to, instead, become a personal trainer. I know what you’re thinking… where did my dream of entrepreneurship go?? What happened to the blog?? The blog was alive, thriving and growing rapidly and that desire of entrepreneurship stayed, a fire burning in my belly. But, as many of you reading this may feel right now, I let my fear hold me back. I was so scared. To be seen fully. To take the leap. To forge my own path.
But only a few weeks after graduation, I found myself lying in a hospital bed, my world crumbling around me.
I had been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease 2 months before my senior year, and up until graduation it had been quiet. But the stress of finishing senior year sent my body over the edge. I spent two excruciating weeks feeling like my body was shutting down before I was finally hospitalized and it was that moment that woke me the f*ck up.
If I wanted to give my body what it truly needed, I needed to run my own business. That was my first ‘why’ - to give myself the freedom to become well again. To wake up each day, tune into my own needs and choose how my day would go. To live in alignment.
My second ‘why’ became evidently clear quickly after - to help chronically ill folks like myself in a way I had never been able to find support. So, shortly after, I launched my first business as a mindset and life coach for folks with chronic illnesses. I spent almost 5 years running that business and to this day it’s my greatest accomplishment and greatest joy.
I had searched endlessly for support on this business journey, trying to find a business coach who actually cared and didn’t just promise me 5 million dollars. I wanted someone who got it. Got ME. And I couldn’t find it. So I built that business with my own two hands, my one brain and the help of Google.
And as the years went on, my mindset clients began coming to me for another reason - because they too wanted freedom and a life of alignment by creating their own businesses. And it hit me that I had become who I had, once again, needed before. I had once needed someone to help me with my mental health after being diagnosed with a chronic illness, but I couldn't find one - so I became it. I had once needed someone to truly and deeply care about the business I wanted to build, who understood the deeper complexities of who I was, but I couldn’t find it - so I became it.
That’s where Soulistic Studios was born - from a place of deep love for helping people believe in themselves, for taking someone’s messy passionate ideas and seeing it be brought together into a cohesive plan, for helping someone else create the freedom and life they’ve always dreamed of by building a business that fuels them with passion.
So if you too have felt that deep desire to forge your own path, to create a softer more aligned life for yourself, to make something big out of your dreams and ideas… then you’re in the right place and in the right hands.
I can’t WAIT to help you achieve it all.
I’m not your average business mentor…
Mindset is always considered
As a mindset and life coach, I know how deeply mindset work matters. You could have the most badass business idea and the most dialed in work ethic, but if you’re talking sh*t about yourself to yourself, focusing on negative what if’s and letting imposter syndrome into the drivers seat, the good ideas and work ethic don’t matter. All of my courses, guides, calls and coaching programs include mindset lessons, helpful tools and journal prompts so your mind can be as strong as the rest of your business.
I make sure you look at all parts of who YOU are as an individual
Whether you’re working through one of my guides or courses, working with me in a mentorship call or in Confidence & Clarity, we go so much deeper than just business. Business isn’t just about income goals, it’s about creating a business that fits into your LIFE (not the other way around). With that, I always urge my clients to build businesses that work for their brains (heyyy ADHD besties), bodies (any fellow chronically ill baddies reading this!?) and type of life they desire.
I’m a huge advocate for a slow lifestyle
Yes, we’re going to work hard to build your dream personal brand and business, but I’m also going to help you put up work boundaries within your business, help you design the most effective morning routine so you always fill your own cup first and find ways to still live slowly + intentionally, simultaneously while reaching your goals.
A few of my favorite things…
